Dr. Dana specializes in Ultrasound-Guided Orthopedic Injections. Her other areas of focus include Regenerative Medicine, Integrative Neurology and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Ruth Allison Dana, NMD is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor in Arizona. She received her doctorate at Bastyr University, the premier institute for research-based naturopathic medicine, in San Diego, California, and went on to complete a CNME accredited residency in Washington state.

She has a passion for physical medicine that started with a background in massage therapy and soft tissue manipulation. She loved offering immediate relief to patients. This foundation helps her successfully find and treat the source of pain for patients who need stronger and longer-lasting results through regenerative orthopedic injections.

Throughout the years, she has completed over 100 hours of accredited training in regenerative injection therapies, focusing mainly on ultrasound-guided injection techniques through MSKUS. She regularly helps patients recover from pain and injury using stem cells, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), prolozone and prolotherapy.

In addition to orthopedic injections, Dr. Dana has a passion for helping patients find and treat the cause of their pain, fatigue, and/or neurological symptoms. She completed 150 credit hours in functional neurology through Functional Neurology Seminars, and she has additional training and experience with Lyme, mold illness, thyroid and hormone optimization.

In her free time, she enjoys writing music, roller skating, weight training, and spending time with her dalmatian poodle mix, Polka.
